Terms & Conditions

a) Product Representation

Product images and digital renderings are for reference only. Colors, textures, and finishes may vary due to lighting, materials, and screen settings. Clients are advised to request actual samples before confirming orders.

b) Measurements

For client-provided measurements, accuracy is the sole responsibility of the client. AB&D shall not be liable for incorrect dimensions unless an official site measurement service has been conducted by our team.

c) Custom-Made Products

Made-to-measure and customized products are manufactured specifically for the client and are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production has commenced.

d) Standard Products

Ready-made or standard products may be returned within seven (7) days from receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

e) Tolerance

Minor variations in dimensions, alignment, and finish within industry-accepted tolerances shall not be considered defects.

f) Materials

Variations in color or texture between production batches are normal and shall not be considered defects.

All confirmed orders, signed quotations, or issued invoices constitute a legally binding agreement between the client and AB&D.

Orders may only be cancelled prior to production. Once production has commenced, cancellation is no longer permitted.

AB&D reserves the right to decline or cancel orders due to errors, stock limitations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Prices are based on official quotations and are subject to change without prior notice until confirmed. Additional charges may apply for delivery, installation, or site-specific conditions.

Payment terms shall follow the agreed quotation or contract. Production and scheduling will only commence upon receipt of the required downpayment.

Full payment must be completed prior to delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

AB&D reserves the right to suspend work, withhold delivery, or cancel services in cases of delayed or incomplete payment.

All products remain the property of AB&D until full payment has been received.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the site is ready, accessible, and suitable for installation at the agreed schedule.

Any delays, additional costs, or damages resulting from site conditions (including but not limited to obstructions, structural issues, or incomplete works) shall be the responsibility of the client.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. AB&D shall not be held liable for delays caused by external factors including logistics issues, weather conditions, or supplier delays.

Any defects or damages must be reported within seven (7) days from delivery or installation. AB&D reserves the right to inspect, repair, or replace the affected item at its discretion.

A 12-month limited warranty is provided for manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation by third parties, normal wear and tear, or external factors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AB&D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.

Total liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the amount paid by the client for the specific product or service.

AB&D shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events.

All designs, drawings, layouts, and materials provided by AB&D remain its intellectual property and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written consent.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

AB&D reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
